How do I place an order?
To navigate, simply click any thumbnail image or highlighted words.
The navigation bar on the left allows you to switch between categories of
products.
Use the coloured navigation bar at the top to further move around in the site.
To select a product for purchase, click the grey 'Add One To Basket' or 'Add
To Basket' buttons.
Changed your mind on the type and number of products you desire? Simply go
to 'Basket Contents' in the top navigation bar, and adjust your order. You
may do this at anytime.
When you are ready to make a purchase, select 'Checkout' in the upper right
hand corner.
You may create an account, or place an order without an account. Creating
an account simplifies future re-orders, but it is completely optional.
Fill out the shipping and billing form.
Select your credit card of choice, and enter your information (which is completely
secure).
We recommend you print out your invoice - for your records.

I'm having trouble placing an order, what should I do?
Ensure that you have your javasript and cookies on.
For Netscape Navigator, go to: Edit > Preferences > Advanced and
check the correct boxes.
For Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy (or
Advanced), and check the correct options (slide the bar to the lowest settings -> Accept all cookies).
If you require more detailed instructions on javascript and cookies,
consult your browser's help files.

What currency am I charged?
All prices are in US currency.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates and times needed for delivery varies from distributor to distributor
and are set by each independent authorized distributor. On average,
shipping charges on orders are as follows:
order between $0 and $25, you pay $5.00
order between $26 and $49, you pay $7.50
order over $50 and you pay $0
The order price is the total before shipping is added. Shipping details and
rates will be confirmed when your order is received and you are contacted
for order verification.

How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are secure (see below).

When is my credit card charged?
When your order is received, a customer service representative will contact
you within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your order and shipping details.
After receiving verbal confirmation from you (necessary for first time orders
only), then you card will be debitted.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?

Heres how we do it. As soon as you provide private or secure information, we
immediately connect you to our secure server. Your data is then encrypted using
SSL (secure socket layer), a system supported by all Web browsers and in widespread
use today. We use the digital certificate GEO TRUST,
one of the largest certificate authorities on the Internet. The encrypted data

Each year, millions of transactions are safely processed over the Internet.
Compared to other retail channels like mail order or storefront, Internet

Do I Pay Sales tax?
Tea is a food product and
non-taxed. However, tea accessories and our line of gift items are taxed. If
your order is shipped to an address in Maine, sales tax will be added to the
price of any tea accessories and fancy gift
products.
